As we approach the new year, we wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation and gratitude to you, our customers. Your continued business constantly motivates us to innovate and work harder to be the valuable partner you deserve.
On that note, we are very thrilled to celebrate a few highlights from 2024 with you as the year draws to a close.
Automation Training Goes Online
Among our proudest developments was the launch of the BizLink Online Training (BOT) program during Automate 2024. BOT will complement our world-class instructor-led training services that, as of this year, have educated over 60,000 automation students.
More specifically, BOT introduces two new and uniquely valuable benefits to the mix: First, it allows any student with an internet connection to study our automation coursework anywhere, anytime, and at their own pace. Second, BOT focuses on teaching the foundational practices and principles of automation, providing both new and seasoned technicians a common platform to gain, retain, and refresh automation expertise.
Currently, BOT offers two courses - the Fundamentals of Electricity and the Fundamentals of Robotics. But several more courses are already in the works for launch in 2025.
In other training news, BizLink is expanding access to open enrollment at its facility in Lake Orion, Michigan. The program, which features over 70 different technical classes, has typically allowed students to enroll in a single class per month due to the intensive hands-on instruction each course offers. In 2025, students can begin to enroll in two classes at a time.
As part of our commitment to expanding training and other services at our Lake Orion facility, BizLink is excited to also announce it purchased the building and has already completed several huge improvements with more to come.
Building Partnerships and Growth
BizLink also continues to expand its business through innovation and collaboration. The launch of our LSH Delta robotic dresspack system in Q4 of last year prompted a very positive reception by partners throughout 2025.
Constructed from fiber-reinforced polymer-based materials, the featherweight LSH Delta combines adjustable flexibility, easy installation, and proven durability capable of 4 million cycles. Among those adopting the technology was BizLink partner QComp Technologies, a leader in robotics automation and material-handling. Want to see our LSH Delta dresspack in action? It was featured in part with QComp’s automation in a recent Fanuc video.
Giving Back to the Community
BizLink employees also work hard to cultivate strong ties to their local communities. In Michigan each year, for example, our Thanksgiving food drive encourages staff to donate non-perishable food items to the Lighthouse organization in Pontiac, Michigan, which supports families in need during the holiday season. We are very proud to report the BizLink team literally provided over a ton of food to Lighthouse in this year’s drive. In more practical terms, we delivered 2,368 food items — enough to feed over 250 families.
BizLink employees further demonstrated their generosity by donating to Lighthouse’s Adopt-a-Family program, which uses donations to fulfill the holiday wish lists of families in need.
We have a lot to be grateful for. As always, thank you for being a valued BizLink partner. We appreciate your business and collaboration in 2024 and look forward to continuing to work toward our collective growth into 2025 and beyond! Happy holiday season to you and your families!
