Our cables are offered as Class 1 Clean room ready as a standard product and can upgrade to extreme cleanliness levels as required. Our flat style high performance flexing (HPF) custom cables are designed to flex up to 150 million lifetime flex cycles in a tight bend radius. These HPF hybrid cables may include various copper components, fiber optics, and tubes for air or fluids. We can eliminate the need for any cable support tracks by using our self-support members internally built into the cables.
Clock spring motion assemblies are required to allow robotic arm joints to move in pick and place fashion swiftly and accurately while at the same time managing the excess cable to keep it from interfering with other parts of the equipment.
