Course Objectives

  • Create and use various tool center points.
  • Master and calibrate the robot.
  • Access, step and cycle through various programs and positions.
  • Edit, copy, paste, and delete lines in a program.
  • Touch up existing robot positions and paths as well as edit positional data.
  • Create and use non-motion instructions and commands.
  • Create and use I/O commands in a subroutine or macro.
  • Use teach pendant messages and operator interface.
  • Create and use logic in robot routines.
  • Save, upload, and download programs.
  • Use the Program Shift and Program Adjust utilities.
