스폿 용접이란 무엇인가요?

스폿 용접은 두 장 이상의 겹쳐진 금속 판재를 구리 전극을 통해 가해지는 압력과 전류로 접합하는 저항 용접 공정입니다. 전기 저항으로 인해 접촉 지점에서 열이 발생하고 국부적인 용접점이 형성됩니다.

전류가 멈추고 소재가 압력 상태에서 냉각되면 영구적인 접합이 형성됩니다.
