スポット溶接とは何ですか?
スポット溶接は抵抗溶接プロセスの一種で、重ね合わせた 2 枚以上の金属板を、銅電極を通じて加えられる圧力と電流によって接合します。電気抵抗により接触点に熱が発生し、局所的な溶接点が形成されます。
電流が停止し、材料が加圧された状態で冷却されると、永久的な接合が形成されます。
