cleanDP was engineered specifically for robotic motion. Its robot-agnostic, retrofit-capable and expandable design supports integration into both new and existing robotic systems, providing manufacturers and system integrators with greater flexibility when designing or upgrading cleanroom automation.
To provide additional confidence for contamination-sensitive applications, cleanDP has been independently tested by the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA). Under defined test conditions, the solution was found suitable for ISO Class 1 atmospheric cleanroom environments and ISO Class 4 dry-cleanroom environments.
Typical application areas include semiconductor manufacturing, wafer handling, pick-and-place automation, surface mounting, inspection systems, battery production and robotic cleanroom cells.
