Fire resistant cables Cat 6A
(PH 180)
BizLink has developed a comprehensive portfolio of copper data cables that meet all the requirements of the IEC 60092-350 through IEC 60092-376 standards. These cables can also continue to transmit data in the event of a fire, in accordance with the EN 50289-4-16 standard. This has been proven in a series of tests and is certified by the DNV-GL classification company.
The insulation of the single cores must feature a combined (hybrid) design, incorporating both an electrical insulation component made from extruded thermoplastic material and a fire-resistant second layer. In BizLink's design, this consists of a polyethylene inner layer directly extruded onto the copper wire, complemented by several fire-resistant mica tapes wrapped around the thermoplastic insulation.
Depending on the international or national requirements, the cable jacket can be supplied in orange, black or another colour. For all cable solutions, BizLink can also supply a matching RJ45 connector including the necessary assembly tools. An assembly video is available here.
Explosion-proof cables

In applications where high temperatures play an important ole, special cables are required that can withstand extreme conditions. Our Heat 145 installation cables are designed for such challenges and offer exceptional performance and safety at temperatures of up to 145°C.
